Terms of Service (Germany)

The purchase agreement is subject to German law.

Prices

All prices are in Euros. All prices and offers are subject to change. We ask for your understanding that we assume no responsibility for any errors.

Purchase Orders

Our invoices are payable within four weeks after receipt. The goods remain our property until full payment. Performance and jurisdiction for merchants as defined by HGB is Nettetal.

Order Confirmation

We confirm each order by mail, fax or email.

Delivery

Delivery in Germany is generally done within four weeks from stock. Small parts and goods we can ship via parcel service, you will receive, normally within 2-3 working days.

Assembly

All furniture is of course delivered completely assembled or assembled by a person authorized by us moving company on site.

Warranty

Springer Germany guarantees all furniture a two year warranty. It covers defects that result from normal use of private use in material or workmanship.

Shipments abroad

For deliveries abroad pleased to send you on request, freight rates and procedures.

Unlimited right of return

You can return the goods without giving any reason within one month after receipt of the goods. If you want to use it, please do not hesitate to contact us in time. Special and custom-made are excluded from this regulation.

You can return the goods without giving reasons within one month after receiving the merchandise.
